Magnolieholm sits at the northern edge of Sluseholmen, the canal district that became Copenhagen's most architecturally considered neighbourhood of the 2010s. Brick facades, waterways, and a human scale that the rest of the city doesn't quite manage.

The metro runs you to central Copenhagen in under 20 minutes. Fisketorvet shopping and the harbour bath are a short cycle away. The neighbourhood has what you need without being in the middle of everything.
